Dispatch conditions

We generally offer worldwide shipping. However, due to specific restrictions in individual countries, delivery may not be available to all regions. If your order falls into a country with delivery restrictions, we may cancel the order and issue a prompt refund of the purchase amount via the original payment method.

For logistical reasons, there´s no shipping to packing stations.

 


Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
- as parcel: 4,99 EUR
- as letter:  1,99 EUR (only for single items, except LPs and jackets)

From a order value of 80,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost (not valid during sales campaigns).
 


Deliveries to foreign countries (except 12" Vinyl LPs):
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight. If the maximum shipping weight is exceeded, another packet with the corresponding cost will be shipped.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3-5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 7-14 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
 


Vouchers:
Because the vouchers are supplied as a coupon code by email, there are no shipping costs. The sending of vouchers shall be made within 2 days after the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order), as far as of no other deadline has been indicated in the item description.
 


Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
