With "Anno Aspera 2003 Years After Bastard's Birth", the Barathrum's, which have existed since 1990, have the honor of releasing their eighth album. Black Metal of the very old school is offered as usual. Barathrum somewhere in the intersection of Venom, Hellhammer, Sodom and old Impaled Nazarene. The arrangements are always performed very blunt and straight, the bass is over-present, no wonder with 3 bassists, the drums rumble like in the deep 80s. This mixture of old school black, thrash and death metal sounds snotty and very rough. Finnish fans will be delighted.
