On their second album "Silent War" the Cologne based VERITATES convince with strong Power Metal between ICED EARTH and Teutonic steel. The Cologne heavy metal band VERITATES was founded in 2018. The best known is probably singer Andreas von Lipinski, who is known from WOLFEN. In 2020 the band released their debut "Killing Time" and two more years later they are in the starting blocks with the follow-up "Silent War". The album was produced by Chris Boltendahl and the GRAVE DIGGER frontman gave "Silent War" a powerful sound. An almost consistently strong Power Metal album with a rather sombre mood. Strong second work by the band, which fans of classic German heavy metal should especially like!
